Courses in organic cooking
In my courses you will discover the ingredients of the organic kitchen, in accordance with the season. We'll try out simple, healthy savory recipes.
The courses take place once a month on the Île d'Elle (near by Marans), Rivedoux (Île de Ré) and La Rochelle from April 2009 onwards. They'll revolve around a theme each time, like cereal milks, spices, gluten free food ...). The groups will be 6-8 persons.
A course is 30€ à 40€ per person and lasts from 10h00 to 15h00.
